In this video I'm going to be doing an unboxing of the Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope.

Hey, hey, what's up guys? Nurse Jenny here.

In this video I'm going to take you through, in detail, my unboxing of the Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope.

If you're like me, into all things nursing, consider subscribing. If you found this video at all helpful, please give it a thumbs up.

So let's get into the box unboxing.

So the Littmann Cardiology IV comes in a box like this.

On the front it says, "Cardiology stethoscopes. Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope," and it's got the Littmann logo and a picture of the chest piece.

If you turn it onto this side, you've got here a picture of the chest piece, and it says, "Pediatric side converts to open bell."

Over here it's got a circle around cardiology, and it's got the acoustic performance of 9 to 10.

Here it's got lightweight, the Littmann lightweight is a six, and the classic is a seven to eight, and 10+, it is an electronic Littmann stethoscope, which I've never tried one of those.

Flip it around on this side, again it's got Littmann Cardiology IV, and it says what's included in the box.

So it's got snap tight soft-sealing eartips, they're size large; snap tight soft-sealing eartips size small; then you've got the snap tight firm eartips and stethoscope non-chill bell sleeve is included in the spare kit inside.

Here it says it's got seven-year warranty, pretty good.

Here are six icons that shows you the features of the stethoscope.

So the first one is outstanding acoustic performance.

Second one is single-piece tunable diaphragm allows better audibility of high frequency sounds.

It says easy to clean single-piece tunable diaphragms, versatile adult and pediatric two-sided chest piece, next generation longer-life tubing, and dual-lumen tubing provides two sound paths in the one tube.

I know it's got dual-lumen because I used to be the owner of a black Cardiology IV stethoscope, and I cut it up to see what it looked like inside for my own research.

So it was for the greater good, but so now I've got a new one.

Okay, so let's get onto the back.

The back of the box just has information about the stethoscope in seven different languages.

This side just says it's a rose pink tube, and then it's got its barcodes.

On this side it's just got general information about where it's made and things like that, made in the USA and everything.

All right, so let's open the box and see what it looks like inside.

Nice, nice.

So opening the box, this is what the Cardiology IV looks like inside.

It comes with a Medisave penlight, a little extra.

Then we've got the spare kit, and like I read on the side it's got an extra small eartips, and the hard eartips, and the non-chill bell sleeve.

The large are on the stethoscope already.

We also get a user manual, which is always good.

Then we get the stethoscope, which looks like this.

Very nice pink tubing.

It's got a tunable diaphragm, most Littmanns do.

It's got the large diaphragm, and then the pediatric side which can convert to an open bell, just by removing that one and putting the non-chill rim on it.

Stay tuned for my full review of the Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope, where I go into detail about all the features of the stethoscope, the length, the weight, the acoustics, the eartips.

I will go into the nitty-gritty, and list them all down for you and let you know.

Also guys, all the stethoscopes that I have in my videos I give away, so if you want a chance to win just find the link below in the show notes and you can enter.

Thanks for watching my video, I will see you on the next one. Remember, listen with your heart.
