The Littmann Cardiology IV comes in a Black box.

Front:

It says “Cardiology stethoscopes. Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope” and it's got the Littmann logo and a picture of the chest piece.

Left side:

Pediatric side converts to open bell

Encircled Cardiology icon indicating Acoustic Performance of 9 to 10.

Right Side:

List of what’s included in the box: Snap Tight Soft-Sealing Ear Tips, Size large; Snap-tight Soft-Sealing Ear Tips Size Small; then you've got the Snap-Tight Firm Ear Tips and Stethoscope Non-Chill Bell Sleeve.

What’s inside?

When you open the box, the Littmann Cardiology IV is safely secured inside a black foam. The spare kit and user manual are also secured inside the foam. 

I received a free penlight from Medisave.

The Spare Kit includes extra small ear tips, the hard ear tips, and the non-chill bell sleeve. The large ear tips are already attached on the stethoscope.

The Stethoscope

The Littmann Cardiology IV I ordered is Rose Pink, the tube color is clean and lovely.
It's got a tunable diaphragm, most Littmanns do.

It's got the large diaphragm, and also the pediatric side which can convert to an open bell, just by removing the diaphragm and putting the non-chill rim on it.
