Nurse Jenny As Positive Penny 

You may have seen my video on Negative Nancy by now. Nancy is hard to work with and drains you of all your energy - yuck!

Positive Penny However, is someone you should strive to be like. She's always got a smile on her face and no problem is big enough to handle.

She spreads positivity around like it's flu season and it's absolutely contagious!

It is imperative that you can work with an in charge that you feel safe to approach. Only then can your team excel through proper communication and teamwork!

Positive Penny can at times, get on other people's nerves. But those people are usually the Negative Nancy's.

When you start answering all (could be a million in a shift) questions with, sure!, Yes! ,How can I help you!?, not a problem!, you will notice a shift in your mood and everyone else's mood as well.

Positive Penny is great to work with, she spreads positivity around and creates an awesome work environment.

Be more like Penny...
